“PayPay Corporation (PayPay Corp.), a joint venture company of SoftBank Group Corp. and Softbank Corp., and Yahoo Japan Corporation, will run a “PayPay Relay Campaign”” and a “Get PayPay Balance by Sending Money Campaign“, from 10:00 a.m. on July 8, 2019 through 11:59 p.m. on July 14. In the “PayPay Relay Campaign”, users who received “PayPay” money, using a PayPay app’s function that allows the users to send (transfer) “PayPay” money can get a PayPay bonus by lotteries. In the “Get PayPay Balance by Sending Money Campaign”, users who send “PayPay” money can get a PayPay bonus by lotteries. The users can get up to PayPay bonuses of 5, 000 yen per person through the two campaigns.
PayPay Corp. will continue to provide exciting campaigns, make cashless more familiar to consumers, and create payment opportunities so that many people will use the PayPay app.
* PayPay Lite can be used to send balance using the the Send/Receive feature, but not PayPay Bonus.
＜”Overview of the “PayPay Relay Campaign”＞

This is a campaign that allows a recipient to get a PayPay bonus of a randomly set amount using “send” and “receive” functions.
A flow of the campaign:

（1）During the campaign period, when a sender sends (transfers) “PayPay” money of 100 yen or more via the PayPay app, and a receiver receives the “PayPay” money, a “Relay Wallet” lottery is carried out on “PayPay” app of the recipient. When the recipient wins, a link saying “Start PayPay Relay” to access a “Relay Wallet Balance” will appear. [Fig.1]

(2) On the linked screen, an amount of the “Relay Wallet Balance” in the range of from 1,000 yen to 10,000 yen is randomly set and displayed along with an expiration date. [Fig. 2]

(3) By pressing “Challenge”, the receiver can get a PayPay bonus of a randomly set amount in the range of from 10 yen to 1,000 yen. An amount of the PayPay bonus that the recipient can get is within the amount of the “Relay Wallet Balance” set in above (2).

(4) The recipient who made the Challenge in above (3) can send a “Relay Wallet Balance” link to other persons via email or SNS. The recipient can send the link not only to PayPay users but also multiple persons at the same time. The persons to whom the link has been sent will split the amount of “Relay Wallet Balance” among them. Note that there is no limit on the number of persons to whom the link can be sent.

(5) When the person who receives the link in above (4) presses the “Participate” button on the linked screen, he or she can participate in a PayPay Relay for getting the amount of the “Relay Wallet Balance”. [Fig.5]
Participating PayPay users can get a PayPay bonus of the amount set randomly in the range of from 10 yen to 1,000 yen with the current amount of the “Relay Wallet Balance” being the upper limit.
Note that if a person other than PayPay users receives the link, pressing the link will display a “PayPay” Web sign-up screen. Once the person signs up as a user, he or she can participate in the PayPay Relay.

(6) The PayPay users who has participated in the PayPay Relay in above (5) can send the “Relay Wallet Balance” link to more users and split the amount of the “Relay Wallet Balance” among the persons to whom the link has been sent. Note that there is no limit on the number of persons to whom the link can be sent.

(7) Repeat operations in (5) and (6) above until the amount of the “Relay Wallet Balance” becomes 0 yen. When the amount of the “Relay Wallet Balance” becomes 0 yen, this PayPay Relay will end. Note that the user interface of the “Relay Wallet Balance” disappears 48 hours after it is created on the PayPay app or at the end time of the campaign, whichever comes first. The user interface will not be accessible after it disappears.
Campaign Period:
From 10:00 a.m. on July 8, 2019 through 11:59 p.m. on July 14

Rules:
About participants
Even if a receiver designates the original sender as a link-sending destination, the original sender cannot participate in the PayPay Relay. In addition, a PayPay user can get a “Relay Wallet Balance” of an amount only once. Once the PayPay user get it, he or she user cannot participate even if he or she receives the same link of the “Relay Wallet Balance” from another PayPay user.
Since the “Relay Wallet Balance” can be accessed simultaneously by multiple PayPay users through the link, the amount of the “Relay Wallet Balance” may be already 0 yen, depending on the timing of participation and it may not be possible to get the PayPay bonus.
If a link to “Relay Wallet Balance” is created due to sending (transferring) from a sender to a recipient, even if sending (transferring) is carried out again between the sender and the recipient during the campaign period, a lottery will not occur.
About the payment conditions of a PayPay bonus
A total cap of PayPay bonuses during the campaign period is 2, 500 yen person.
A PayPay bonus get from the interface of “Relay Wallet Balance” will be granted immediately. However, the timing of granting may be delayed depending on the PayPay user’s usage status and/or system status, etc.

* If the PayPay user sends (transfers) using the “Warikan” function or the Yahoo! JAPAN app’s function of sending PayPay money, the campaign is not applicable.
* The version of the PayPay app needs to be 1.27.0 or more to participate in this campaign.
* If PayPay Corp. determines that a fraudulent act has been performed, this campaign may not be applicable.

This is a campaign in which a sender can get a PayPay bonus of a randomly set amount, using the send and receive function.
Contents:
When a sender sends (transfers) “PayPay”money of 100 yen or more from the PayPay app, and a receiver receives the PayPay money and completes receiving processing, a PayPay bonus of a randomely set amount in the range of from 10 yen to a full amount of the sent PayPay money (upper limit: 1,000 yen) will be granted to the sender.
Campaign period:
10:00 a.m. on July 8, 2019 to 11:59 p.m. on July 14
* The sender will be eligible for the campaign only when the receiver receives the “PayPay” money and completes receiving processing during the campaign period.
Conditions for granting a PayPay bonus
A total cap of granting PayPay bonuses during this campaign is 2, 500 yen per person.
An amount of a PayPay bonus to be granted is determined in 10 yen increments.
If a PayPay Lite of 100 yen or more is sent (transferred) to the same user multiple times, a target of granting a PayPay bonus in this campaign is limited to the first sending (transfer).
In principle, a PayPay bonus will be granted around August 20. However, the timing of the granting may be delayed depending on the PayPay user’s usage status and/or system status, etc.
