(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President, CEO: Shinichiro Funabiki; hereinafter Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance), a member of the MS&AD Insurance Group, will start supporting PayPay’s digital salary payment service PayPay Paycheck as of April payroll, through the integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) solution POSITIVE provided by DENTSU SOKEN Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President, CEO & COO: Hirohisa Iwamoto; hereinafter DENTSU SOKEN), which uses technology to facilitate the evolution of companies and society.


■ Background
Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance decided to introduce PayPay’s digital salary payment service, PayPay Paycheck, as a new option for salary receipt to enhance employee convenience.
As part of this initiative, DENTSU SOKEN enhanced the functionality of POSITIVE by implementing new features such as obtaining consent from employees to achieve efficient digital salary payment operations.
■ About adopting PayPay Paycheck using POSITIVE
The company needs to obtain account information (such as account number), desired amount, and consent from employees who opt to use PayPay Paycheck.
By utilizing POSITIVE, it is possible to efficiently and seamlessly manage the acquisition of necessary information and consent, as well as salary calculation and transfer.
