Japan Racing Association (Main Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masayoshi Yoshida; hereinafter JRA) and PayPay Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & Representative Director, CEO, Corporate Officer: Ichiro Nakayama; hereinafter PayPay) are pleased to announce that they will begin integrating JRA’s online horse race ticket purchasing service Soku-PAT with PayPay on December 19, 2025 (scheduled). With this integration, users will be able to deposit (top-up) Soku-PAT betting funds using PayPay Money*1.
As a result, deposits (top-ups) from PayPay will be available for Soku-PAT in time for the Arima Kinen on December 28.

This marks the first time JRA’s online horse race ticket purchasing service will support deposits (top-ups) from a code-based payment service provider, with PayPay as the initial partner.
Until now, registering for Soku-PAT required an account with a JRA-designated bank. With this integration, PayPay users will be able to register for Soku-PAT even without an account at a JRA-designated bank. As PayPay supports approximately 1,000 financial institutions*2, users can fund their betting balance with PayPay Money via their usual financial institution, enabling more people to use “Soku-PAT” smoothly.
