■ PayPay Scratch Lottery

・Period: March 3 – 30, 2026
・PayPay Scratch Lottery campaign page: https://paypay.ne.jp/event/matsuri202603-paypay-scratch/

*The official name of the campaign is “PayPay Scratch Lottery (March 2026).”

Users who have completed identity verification (eKYC),*1 now numbering more than 39 million, are eligible for the campaign. When a tax-inclusive amount of 200 yen or more is paid using PayPay or PayPay Card*2 at eligible merchants (including credit card merchants), a scratch card will be issued, and, depending on the payment method and conditions, one of three prizes will be given. Scratch cards of different colors will appear on the post-payment screen depending on the payment method, and winners of the first prize will receive PayPay Points up to the full payment amount (100%).*3

When payment is made on the red screen using PayPay Balance (including payments made with the PayPay Balance Card), there is a one-in-four chance of winning one of the three prizes. When payment is made on the blue screen using PayPay Credit or PayPay Card, the winning probability for the three prizes increases to one in two. PayPay Scratch Lottery is also available for payments made with “PayPay” in South Korea, as well as PayPay Card payments overseas.*4

Payments made with PayPay Card eligible for the campaign include not only payments with the physical card but also payments made with PayPay Card set up in Apple Pay and Google Pay. In addition, for PayPay Card payments, the scratch card can be scratched off immediately from the payment notification received in the PayPay app. The probability of winning is the chance to win per scratch-off card and does not guarantee that users will win according to the stated probabilities.

*1. As of January 2026.
*2. With respect to payment methods available in PayPay, PayPay Balance (including payments made with the PayPay Balance Card), PayPay Credit, and PayPay Points are eligible for the campaign. PayPay Debit is not eligible. PayPay Balance Card is only available with web services that accept Visa cards. In a payment is combined with PayPay Points, the winning probability will be the same as that of PayPay Balance or PayPay Credit, depending on which payment method the points are combined with. If a payment is combined with a PayPay Gift Voucher, the portion of the PayPay Gift Voucher will not be eligible, and the winning probability will be the same as that of the payment method used in combination. In addition, to participate in this campaign when paying with PayPay Credit or PayPay Card, prior setup of PayPay Credit in the PayPay app is required.
*3. PayPay Scratch Lottery has a total grant limit of 100,000 PayPay Points per scratch card and per period across PayPay and PayPay Card payments (aggregated across participating merchants). Points will be granted at a later date. Please note that it cannot be cashed out or sent to other users. PayPay Points can also be used at the official PayPay store or PayPay Card store.
